It is a crossover fanfic/comic called "Windbound!" Basically, it combines the Legend of Zelda and Mother series into one epic adventure C:

Washed ashore on a strange island, only remember his name, Link is lost and confused, remembering nothing about who he once was. He slowly befriends the islanders and gets to know their odd ways, only to have it upset by the arrival of vicious animals and chimeras. Because it all began when he was washed ashore, Link is blamed and told it is up to him to bring peace back to not just the island, but to the rest of the world itself. In order to do that, a hidden power within is awakened inside him...

Link is the main protagonist, and with his three teammates, it is up to them to save the world from the vicious hands of evil!
