Ranger Stella Sanchez, NCR Special Forces
Background:
Hailing from the Sanchez Farmstead on the outskirts of Redding, Stella has always been one looking to the falling sun on the horizon: wishing for an adventure to take her from her rather boring existence. That day would come when NCR recruiters came into to town looking for possible candidates, and at the age of 17, Stella was more than willing to sign up. In Boot, she quickly caught the eye of then Ranger Sterling with her outstanding survival, infiltration, and hand-to-hand combat scores. Seeing potential, Sterling had Stella immediately fast tracked from Boot to the Ranger Survival School. From there, Stella proved her worth as an astute fighter, and eventually qualified as a hand-to-hand instructor. However, her life would turn for the worst when she was captured by the Legion and eventually thrown into the Gladiatorial Pits. Stella refused to lay down and die, and slowly earned the fear of her opponents. Until one fateful day when a new, and even more dangerous prisoner was thrown into the mix, and whom would not only earn her back her freedom, but change her life forever.

Marcus, Mayor of Jacobstown
Background:
Marcus is nothing short of a living legend. A former commander of the Master's Super Mutant Army, Marcus would drift from place to place: a guardian, mercenary, a sheriff of a mixed species town, and eventually the staunch ally of the Chosen One. During this time, he would form a close bond with the vigilante, John Cassidy, the philosophical Deathclaw, Goris, and the renegade Military AI, Skynet. After many adventures, Marcus retired, and John named him the godfather of his children, Rose of Sharon and Vanessa. However, tragedy struck, and in grief, Marcus continued to wander the wastes. Eventually, he'd acquired a following of fellow Super Mutants, and decided to create a new home for his kind. After the first was taken over by the insane Tabitha, Marcus went on to create a second in the Charleston Mountain Range outside of New Vegas; named after his old friend, the Brotherhood of Steel Paladin Jacobs. There, Marcus struggles to maintain the fragile unity of Super Mutants, humans, and Nightkin. However, things are about to take a change for the better when a new band of heroes come to town seeking medical help. Among them, his goddaughter, Rose of Sharon Cassidy.

Paladin Victor Ramos, Martial Arts Instructor
Background:
Born in the State of Maxson, Ramos was given a warriors upbringing among the paramilitary organization known as the Brotherhood of Steal. He aspired to become the best he possibly could, honing his body and mind to an almost philosophical degree. He measured himself not to his own limits, but to the limits of human potential and creation; inspired much by the famous martial artist, Bruce Lee. To this end, Ramos become a much feared, and respected fighter; earing his stripes in the wars against the Great Khans, the Raiders, Desert Rangers, and later, the New California Republic. Despite the latter war taking a dreadful toll on his people, Ramos never stopped inspiring his awe inspiring confidence. In this, he soon found a pair of pupils to pass on his knowledge: Veronica Santangelo and Christine Royce. He ultimately came to know the pairs secret relationship, but never betrayed the knowledge to anyone else. In his eyes, the pair were much like the daughters he never had. Unfortunately, the Battle of Helios would claim the life of one, and leave the other in deepened depression that he could not help with. Now Ramos heads security in Mojave Chapters secret base in the military complex known as Hidden Valley, hoping for the day when his pupil would return from her mission to save the Brotherhood... from itself.

The Toaster, Psychotic Personality Matrix
Background:
Deep within the confines of the scientific facility known as Big Mountain, a deadly confrontation would occur between the members of the countries last, and greatest scientists: the Think Tank. Background by their growing insanity from the end of the Great War, and their isolation from the rest of the dead world, this confrontation would pit most of the group against the most unorthodox among them: Dr. Charles Mobius. With the conflicting reaching a head, Mobius sought to save his colleagues from their mental deterioration and prevent them from leaving the facility to take their destructive power out on the rest of the world. To do this, Mobius split the personalities of the other scientists, and himself, and inserted them into a series of appliances; leaving the scientists without the proper mental capabilities to escape the Big MT. Among them was the violent psychotic fueled by external rage known as the Toaster. The Toaster was determined to escape, and unleash his destructive urges upon the world around him. This chance would come when war came to the Big MT, and in desperation, the Toaster was inserted in the deadly Assualtron. Now with the proper tools at his disposal, the Toaster is determined to unleash Hell upon anything stupid enough to get in his way.

Roxie, Female Cyberdog
Background:
Roxie was once a Denver City Police Hound along with her mate, Rex. During this time, however, both dogs would be taken in an experiment to create a cybernetically enhanced attack dog. This would eventually take her to the Big MT research facility. She would suffer the numerous augmentations and implantations, with almost 60% of her body being replaced with cybernetics. However, her dreams of eventually reuniting with her mate would keep her and her sanity going. Unfortunately, she would be shut down and dissembled just after the Great War, and it would not be until two hundred years later that she would be awaken again and eventually be reunited with her lost love, Rex.
