The hair really looks good, the only thing I would suggest would be adding more shading to the fave.

I love it! The colored pencil doesn't seem all that bad...that's my coloring tool of choice.

I love the red in the lil heart pendant the girl has. Maybe making the colors as bright would look better. For example, the red on the lil Kitty, and maybe the hair. Filling up the white spaces with a lighter color. I dunno... just suggestions.
Either way, It's a nice drawing.
