Those remind me of the giant worm monster from one of the early Star Wars films!

Technically isn't the Graboid the larva stage?

very nice, very funny. Thought technically wouldn't the Graboid be the kid since it is the larval form of the species?

I just look at the Graboid as the end form as it gives birth to the Shriekers, who morphs into the AssBlaster, who lays a baby Graboid Egg that grows into an adult Graboid, rinse and repeat.

dude see the fourth movie it has a baby graboid in it

TheSciFiArtisan In reply to JSComix [2010-05-03 19:50:28 +0000 UTC]
I suppose that's true. I guess we can't really call it a larval form as it essentially "reproduces" at every stage of its life cycle, with the only exception being when it is a hatching/dirt dragon. So you could say it never really has an adult form.

True.
I mean there's the Rancor, the Wampa, the Dewback, the Sarlaac (I'm pretty sure I spelled that wrong), the TaunTaun, the Nexu, etc.
