thank you i know how to use whith Blender too it's more easy whith c4d here you have 100 frames at 20 images per second time render 20 minutes

In Blender, I choose the framerate, the output size (either from the 'reset' sizes or you can enter your own), and the format.

Typically I do 'test animations' in 700x480 (NTSC standard) and I do my final renders in 1920x1080 (HD 1080p)
