Animorphs needs its own animated series for goodness sakes. With how realistic the characters are and how dark it gets, this would easily trump some of the shows on television now!
I've been re-reading the series lately and I can confirm that it's just as bit as awesome as it was when I read as a little kid. They are just timeless!
Tobias is one of my all time favorite characters.

Timeless is what they are, true - I often found myself unable to read anything else in the school library XD The books would be completely out of order sometimes but I'd read them nontheless... I remember drawing Andalite ships in my kiddie comics, which would mostly have nothing to even DO with the ships, just drew em in there because I loved their design ... and the series they hailed from.
Even though all the characters are my fave, I always thought Tobias was pretty badass, being stuck as a bird and able to see long distances. XD
still liked Ax though
If there were a redone TV version, it would blow everything on TV, OFF TV.
:c Cartoon Network isn't as cool as it used to be, if the new version would go anywhere, it should be there. Maybe CN wouldn't look as bad, ya know?

Of course XD I loved the books to death back then and they're the reason i learned english, because apparently the germans stopped translating when Applegate had ended the series (for reasons unknown to me, at around book 27-28) and it totally couldnt leave it hanging like there
Well it was nice to see the idea the makers of the TV series had in mind of some things like the looks of the animorphs, but the costumes they used for the andalites and hork-bajirs weren't too good
