Incredible Art piece!!!Β
After reading in another comment that thisΒ was going to be the start of a series of racism-based creature maquettes; but the KKK was as far as you got so far is unfortunate. I think this would have been intriguing but I understand why you would be leery and afraid someone's going to take the piece the wrong way, seeing how how the political and social climate is especially at this time. After seeing many of your other work like Grimm and myself being a POC I think these artworks would have been moreΒ genuinely scary and as you stated helps to sell the concept of a bad guy.Β Β Β Β Β

wow i love this. i love how bizarre the head is. it would be nice if there was some way you could put up a clearer photo, but i understand you want to protect yourself from theft. anyways fantastic stuff!

Actually, it's based off of a Ku Klux Klan mask. I was going to make a series of racism-based creature maquettes, but the KKK was as far as I got so far. I think by making it parallel something that is genuinely scary helps to sell the concept of a bad guy
I'm always afraid someone's going to take the piece the wrong way, but people seem to like it. Thanks for looking!
