The Revenants are very dangerous undead witches that torment the nine kingdoms, these pagan witches made a pact with Odin for half of their souls to obtain seidr magical power, the consequences of their dark rituals emaciated their body and deformed their ribs, giving them a monstrous appearance that they decorate with skulls and the cane of a real witch.
Among the most outstanding witches at the service of Odin we have the final participation of the Guardian of the Ravens who, using her dark sorcery, sacrificed innocent souls to make spy ravens at the service of the patriarch of the "Aesir".
