Actually, her little eyes are just painted-on dots. She doesn't need then to see. It was felt at TRW that her "eyes" were needed because her appearance was too disturbing without them. Daemoria probably painted a few lung eyes in his time, if he'd ever been assigned to any of Strategic Air Command's lung squadrons.
