Awe, it's a cute little Emote, singing his little heart out!I just sort of made this when I was like, "Oh, I should make an Emote!" So I did!
Made the emote on MS Paint, the animated with GIMP.
*Update*: LOL, I fixed the funny-looking music note!

I think this is a really cute emote with a great expression! The animation of the tongue/note emphasises the singing well
You could improve the shading of the body by adding some light from a point, it will make the border/eyes/mouth easier to see and give it a better efect (; There are loads of tutorials around the site and its good to even reference from them sometimes 
Also, the note is well pixelled but I think it would look nicer if it doesn't get "bolder" with the animation. Perhaps just keeping it the same shape will make it look like it's jiggling up/down, instead of just lighting on and off 8D

Actually, I did try to make the note move up and down, but I used GIMP and it got messed up with the transparency...
