So how did this play out? You asked them to be suprised?

They were on the Ferris wheel and I was walking around and just happened to be in the spot as they were going from the bottom up. Almost like a game of hide and seek in Toys-R-US in NYC. With a 28-200 mm zoom lens I did not have to be too close and the photo was cropped.
