Little zebra spider (Salticus scenicus) not entirely sure if i was serious about the model contract.
Fullview recommended.
Setup: Nikon D90 // Sigma 105mm F2.8 EX DG // Diffused Popup-Flash // taken handheld

Is it cute...or is it creepy?? Maybe it knows that it's creepy and is trying to be cute with a head tilt? Either way, this lil guy has quite a bit of personality; what an awesome photo!

Not too much editing was done there, just the usual tonal corrections and i removed a few speckles and scratches from the wall it was sitting on. Thank you!

Spiders to me are gross, and even though I get that weird shiver feeling when I look at this, I'm also slightly amused that the spider almost looks like it's saying "Oh my!!". XD

I am so phobic of spiders...my heart stops at the sight of them, as it did when I saw this. Now my brain can't decide whether I should scream or go "Awwww!" What a strange sensation this is. It's creepy-adorable. :

I respect spiders, and I can tell spiders and I have some sort of mutual shiver when spiders and I are in the same room (xD I... I'm honestly not usually that weird. THEY DO SOMETHING TO ME XD) however, your shot caught an incredibly cute moment.
I feel as if I want to pet it and frolic with it while sobbing and cussing under my breath.
