Tségo Turquoise Clockworks Dragon

Handcrafted by JTCusack.

This unique one of kind Sculpture is a Clockworks Dragon made with Innovation & Imagination.

The combination of Rock, metal gears, beads and canvas blend together to bring the piece to life.

Tségo was born on May 18th, 2017 Crafted with Turquoise beads and white metals with care and precision, he is a full grown young adult dragon designed for battle. He sports three fighting horns, one on his snout and two coming out of his upper jaws which compliment his sharp fangs.

His long horns are golden with blacken tips which he sharpens on the black volcanic rock surrounding is lair. He is very aggressive and twice tasted blood taken from his creator with his sharp claws and horns. Tségo is so named by a long time friend taking root Navaho words describing the stones used to make him and shorting it into his name.

Tségo has a complex set of gears throughout his body interwoven to form the foundation of torso. The interconnecting gears link to his appendages including the wings which he has spread out to frighten his foes as he claws the air before him warning off anyone foolish enough to approach him. As a clockwork, his KEYs are worn upon his wings, bolted to the main flex joint on each wing, two keys to power or control him which he does not intend to release.

The canvas wings are made with imported Italian canvas from the isle of Sicily cured with acrylics and salt from the sea which have crystallize forming a shimmering surface upon his fully displayed wings. Each wing tip ends in a horn, sharpened for war, which Tségo keeps honed one the black rock walls in his mountainous home land. Even upon his tail he has yet another horn, yet this one is more of stinger likened to a scorpion he uses this razor sharp spike to protect his six. Upon the tip of his tail is the only point that could be perceived as delicate, with a famed golden fan with a mounted crystal. This he uses as lure when fishing, a treat for his meals which he saviors when not out hunting for mammals (of all kinds) for his main course.
