I think someone already mentioned that there are parts of the uniform that should glow a bright red, but that kinda messes up with the overall feel of the image. So it's actually quite an excellent illustration o3o

Really nice, man, I like it a lot, specially how you do faces.
Since you asked for input, I think the goku red parts should emit some light, affecting the other elements around. And gold is a matter of taste, but I'd make it more orange instead of this more neutral, kinda green shade.
