With 4 of my OCs being involved.This is based on most arcade games, usually beat-em ups, where, before you start the game, you must pick a character to go with throughout the game. Most of the time, the characters have special skills or abilities that make them different from the others.
The character select screen is inspired on the Simpsons Arcade Game and 's parodies of it.

Any difference in stats or just cosmetic?

I suppose they could be like this:
Zeneth: can hit faster, yet he deals less damage.
Rika: longer range attacks and takes less damage from projectiles, but has less health.
Hackson: harder to be knocked down and hits hard, but slow.
Kathaly: average attack and health, and faster movement.
