I'm using some of Disney's Big Chibi 6 shorts ("Making Popcorn", "Snoring" and "Gumball Trouble") for reference.I know it's a bit tricky to recreate something that's been hand drawn into Flash animation, or did Disney create these shorts on Flash? I don't know, but it works somehow.
Here's a short sample of where I used said puppet for:
I could do the same for a few more characters later on.
