Vader can handle with love... well he could if it wasn't for the Jedi Order banning love or emotions of any kind.

The picture should be a joke, alluding to the the fact that he during his time as Vader always Freaks out, if someone Speaks about padmé. And he Decided For himself to Never feel love Again ( didn't work
Another Point is that I could Imagine, neither Vader or Snape would like to be hugged by Crazy fangirls like me....

Severus's problem isn't that he can't handle love; it's that he never got any. If Lily hugged them both like that, Sev would shove Vader out of the way and grab all the hugging for himself.

I didn't realize the redhead was you. Since you're not Lily, you'd have to take considerable time to get to know each other, and hope to warm up to an eventual private hug. One never knows if that sort of thing will work, of course, with anyone, but I don't think Sev is incapable of loving someone other than Lily, under the right circumstances. Just because someone doesn't go in for public displays of affection doesn't mean he has trouble with love. Sev might turn out to be a real cuddler in private, with the right person.
About Vader I can't say. I was a huge fan of the first trilogy, but burned out on it back in the Eighties. I never even saw the second trilogy, so I know the history of Anakin and Padme only second hand, via fandom. At least he actually got it on with his beloved, which is more than Sev did with nose-in-the-air Lily.
