Yes, Sev! Screw those two nasty bullying brats into the ground! It won't teach them anything because they are entirely un-teachable, but it would be sooooo satisfying.
Unfortunately, Severus is the Protector of Children, and never, ever actually harms any of the horrible little dunderheads who hate him so. There are times when I wish he were less principled.
P.S. I don't believe for a minute that the twins are capable of transfiguring Severus against his will.

sigh.. yes, he'd never harm the children. But he can give them detention. Cleaning the dungeons, cutting stinky slugs without gloves.. I am sure he will be much more creative in finding new punishments than me...

I don't expect the twins to be a bit discouraged by Snape's detention. I can see them tossing the slugs around the lab and whooping with joy, wasting ingredients and leaving a mess for Filch to clean up. If they are capable of turning Severus into a bat, they won't hesitate to disobey him during detention, no matter how creative he is.
I know, I know! People love the jolly twins, and I'm an old stick-in-the-mud because I think they're rarely genuinely funny. Never mind me.

I don´t mind. Why should I criticize your opinion? I have definitely no right to do so, and I hate this kind of people who always has to force their own sentiment upon you...
Well, you said 'if they are capable' ... and I told you that the bat-idea is more a flight of fantasy than anything else. But I got inspired by a cute (humoristic) fan fiction in which exactly this happened, the twins turned Sev in a bat. He then flew into McGonagalls office and snuggled up into a blanket on her couch, since he had spent some time outside in the cold.
She somehow found out it was him, but couldn't change him back cause the twins used some potion on him. So she forced them to brew another one, which turned him into his human form again.
The point is, the twins were very, very afraid of Snapes reaction to this. I don´t remember everything but he got his revenge on them. I remember him being quite satisfied in the end.
