(most weapons not included, and btw, the rigs are a bit weird to use since they werent meant for people to use, just for the game, but basically if you move a bone it might just slightly deform it, click the area twice or until it selects a bone that properly moves the entire limb or box select it, under and over most limb bones theres a duplicate of the bone that deforms the area for smear frames)
