Out of the large cast of Darkwing villains, Bushroot's my favorite. He's sympathetic, and can even be an ally to Darkwing if the situation calls for it.
I think Bushroot would prefer the more plant-like Pokémon, like Trevenant or Victreebel, but since Rowlet is a plant bird, I figured they would have some common ground.
I got the idea for this drawing while sitting in class. I started sketching it on the median of my paper, but class ended before I could finish.
