I like Itachi's expression as he says, "cured?" And Sakura looks... younger for some reason. Nonetheless it's cute.

It is cuter, but kind of less Naruto-ish, in my opinion. It still works, though.
Hehe, my style has kind of gone in reverse of that, smaller eyes and longer faces (when I first drew anime it was more Pokemon-style.)
