I think it would go like the Trunks vs Goten fight. Bra would be older and would have trained with Vegeta in the gravity room. She'd be a more focused and skilled fighter, just too many advantages over tiny Pan.
But a little treat for you, I placed Goku's hand on Vegeta's shoulder as Vegeta did to Goku when Trunks won. Also, Videl and Gohan are pretty excited... so there's a multiverse where Pan would win, and one where Bra would. I like the latter better
