I really like it a lot, especially since I've lately been working on a dark fantasy setting revolving around hell, and this pretty much matches the mental images I've been having about the nether realm.
Also, I love the use of contrasts and levels in this picture. Dark on light, light on dark, very very nice.

Not sure what the stuff coming from his hands is really. Blood, or maybe he/she is just disintegrating to the wind.
Hey cool! Would love to see those hell images finished! Looking promising so far. I kinda like the darker stuff.. (btw. do you know Wayne Barlowe's work? He's the master of that style)

Oh yes, Wayne Barlowe's Inferno is just amazing! I think he also worked on the game Dante's Inferno, but it sort of felt watered down in comparison.
