She is named Lady Valtera, and she appears in the episode "The Sleepers Awaken" from '83 He-Man toon.

Don't remember the name of the episode of the top of my head, since there are plenty of episodes where Orko feels unwanted or thinks he is being rejected and runs away or does something else that causes trouble.
I know that it wasn't "Diamond Ray of Disapperance" that's for sure.

Something on Skyland reminded me about how Evil Lyn, Teela and He-Man laughed. With their heads back! OTOKO (man)I JUST LOVED IT 2 MUCH! WHOOOO! He-Man just brings back way 2 many happy memories!!

Yep. The 1st He-Man. I brought it a comic con last year. The Second season.
I don't know but every time I go to comic con, its always a cross between He-Man and Ranma. I go both ways!!
He-Man has Post Cards of my 3 greatest inspirations together! Beast Man, Orko and Teela. I just died when I saw that! And I own that post card!!

Saved this link to my favorites!! You know I remember that dragon being so nice and licking everyone so then what happened to Lady V? Why was she so mean again? Seeing her only once didn't help me at all!!

This is the reason why my creatures don't have scales! I mean i thought it was an "I am 2 lazy to draw scales thing but" :duh: its a He-Man thing. (I saw one creature on this link of yours and said, sugoi, did I realize how many creatures were on this show? Yeah, thats why I have so many creatures 2!!)
