I tried to get some gas before getting on the parkway. This little station couldn't get the pumps working. Still, this man was really eager to help me. He could not talk, He is severely handicapped, but it hasn't stopped him from working! Way to go!!!Related content

YES!!! Actually, there are programs where companies get refunded part of the salaries of mentally handicapped people. But, that was so many years ago, they probably did away with that, too..grr.....
