Part 27: Favourite Fairy Type
Dedicated to Yvonne, my Togekiss from my HeartGold playthrough. This one is special since this one has Extrasensory that other Togepi(s) don't usually have, which is really useful, especially against Morty, Chuck, Koga and Bruno. Just give her Choice Specs and let her go to town, it's amazing. Yeah, I know it's weird to talk about the species in a gen when it wasn't retconned to a fairy-type yet. But playing in Showdown definitely made me continue loving the species, if not more so. Currently, she has Extrasensory, Ancientpower, Yawn and Metronome. Definitely will be changing her moveset when the time comes.
And about the illustration itself, it's definitely refreshing making a contrasting piece from the darker looking vibes of the previous 3 entries. Went for a softer, dreamy and maybe pastel-look, emphasising the fairy part of Togekiss. Initially wanted something like a pink and blue sky for the background but figured this suited Togekiss better, maybe for another time.
