Description
Part 30: A Mega Evolution PokemonDedicated to Percival, the Gallade from my Platinum playthrough. Of course, mega evolution wasn't a thing in that game, so this is just a hypothetical situation. They just have this grand and heroic design, really goes well with this valiant knight they have going on. Remembered him leading the team for a big portion of the game once he evolved and claimed a lot of wins against the frontier brains too, he has Leaf Blade, Night Slash, Psycho Cut and Close Combat.
About the illustration itself, I tried going for a "fighting in a burning battlefield" look, so I referenced stuff like the Kingdom Hearts (something I'm vaguely familiar with) and Fate series (something I'm... completely unfamiliar with). Also wanted to make it something that really displays the power boost so included more prominent glowing and a "burning aura" lol.
