Aww, this is super cute. <3 I just saw the second movie last night so I'm still on a big Toothless binge. You captured his expression really well - I think it's the shape of the eyes and the shine. =]

He is really adorable. I like the way you colored his eyes and gave a little glare on the left side. You drew him really well. Keep up the good work and don't stop.

Your shading is wonderful, from a bare first glance it does't resemble pencil. It's solid yet flowing as it changes, and you easily make the same color contrast - here, where the head meets the neck. Quite well done.

That is a nice portrait of Toothless, which nicely mimic the style of the movie "How to train dragon?". With sweet chosen pose, traditional pencil crayons has warm effect. But should his wings be more visible in this pose, shouldn't it?
