adorable.. I had mice myself, not anymore.. what Id do for a photo of them now.. the ones i had got lost on my old computer, so I don't have any of the three mice ive had.. And I really miss them :"[ Im sorry for your loss, I bet he was a great rat : ]

I'm amazed that you were able to get him to hold on long enough to get a shot. My rats simply won't stay still that long.
I know how you feel about missing him too. It's been 2 year since my first rats died and I still link about them. On the bright side, as I lose one I usually gain 2 more. Right now I have six, but I know one is on her last legs.

i loved my rabbit samuel as much as i would have loved the best and most precious friend on earth. He's gone.

The only thing I can say is it takes time... Sev passed in September of last year and I'm still not over him, but I'm almost ready to open my heart to some new baby boys. (^_^)

I lost my first three rats quite early because of a sickness, so now i'm keeping an close eye on my current babies (who are turning soon 2 o_O) in case they ever get sick. Losing a pet rat is horrible

I know that a lot of people don't understand, but it feels just as bad to loose
a rat/mice as to loose a cat/dog..
