I really love that you didn't airbrush all her pores away. It keeps this honest. Her eyes are astounding, so large... The marks on her forehead seem to be part of her skin.

What part is photomanipulated?
I wonder what it would look like on a white background, that's the only thing that strikes me as making things more interesting in the photo, making the background more immersible with the subject.
