I noticed that in pretty much all of your portraits
you struggle with the right balance of values.
Photos taken with Flashlight might not be the best source to learn
but you tend to make very subtle shadows very extreme and
forget about the overall lighting situation as a whole.
In this instance the shadows next to his nose are way too dark,
not only disturbing the overall lighting but also distorting the shape of the nose.
Sry if this seems harsh, just trying to help you improve
