I still say the feet are too big but honestly I don't even care. This piece is BEAUTIFUL. The colors, the mood, the storytelling and the camera angles. Simply awesome. I love it!

Your water is looking like filtered light in water! I would like to see the light in more of a vertical line then circular, that makes the water look like a pond. If this was a lagoon, it is possible. The float of the characters is believable but my main distraction in this piece are the feet. Dem is some big feet! on both of the guy and the girl. It doesn't take away from the enjoyment of this piece for me. Very nice work on this one. The pacing is very nice and the shark is a nice touch to show what they are in. I like the sea weeds as well. Keep up the great work!

Overall, this is very nice. I realize you're not finished so what I'll say is this:
The color palette you've chosen is great, but I think you should put some darker values in the lower left of the large panel. It'll help pop your focus quite a bit more and tell the reader that the environment is at the furthest point from it's light source.
I think there might be too much pink in your dude's left heel. It kind of looks like he jumped in the water to cool his feet down after walking on hot coals.
It might be cool to make some medium to large opaque lines (low opacity) from top right to bottom left to indicate rays of sunlight cutting through the water. I would probably do it behind and in front of the characters to illustrate as much depth as possible.
I might also put more air bubbles emanating from him to the surface. Her too? She looks like she's some sort of half-breed mermaid so maybe not.
This is just a preference thing but I kind of liked the panel borders you had in your pencils. They were hand made and not ruled, which was awesome.
This is really nice, though, Julia. Keep up the great work!

Man, thanks so much for all the feedback chris! I pretty much agree with everything you've said, though i think i will keep the panel borders just for the sake of clarity through out the comic... But thanks again, i cant wait to get this page done
