Description
This one I made May 12 2007. I hadn't got around to scanning it. Its Eureka from Eureka Seven focused while inside the nirvash.I would really appreciate if anyone could help me by telling me how to make the line art digital and not pencil, I am having a really hard time doing this and I don't get the results I want after I do it. I hope someone with more experience can help me.
Full view is scaled down.

Nice work. I suggest you use either a vector drawing program, or an image manipulation program to digitally ink the artwork. The one i use is Microsoft Expression Design (free trial available on the 'net), but one of the industry standards is Adobe Photoshop, which is quite an expensive piece of software, but many artists use a copy downloaded from the Internet (which as i'm sure you're aware isn't the legal way to do it, but sometimes in the field of artistry we don't exactly have insane money to spare - ever heard of the phrase 'starving artist'?).

Thanks for the advice, I really appreciate it. After getting the program do I have to manualy trace the lines using the mouse or you just make the lines and then alter them to fit the linework?

What it is likely to be is that you scan the rough sketch in, then take it into one of the mentioned programs, and draw over the lines with the tools in the program, like the line and curve drawing tools (either with a tablet or mouse - i personally use a mouse for clean line-art - my hands can be quite shaky), but on a seperate layer to the actual sketch itself, sort of like drawing on tracing paper. Then you can remove the sketch part, and be left with the clean line-art. It's quite a long process, but the results can be brilliant.
