Impressions of the Waning Void.

UPDATE: So Malaysia has decided to extend the MCO (Movement Control Order) for another 2 weeks, all the way till April 14. Something I've been expecting truth be told, as Covid cases have doubled despite the already ongoing nationwide MCO. As a student of psychotherapy, it's times like these I become fascinated with the effects of isolation and uncertainty on people as they are forced to become hermits for a while. Remember, cultivating a habit of mindfulness is key in times like these. Improving the quality of our thoughts and emotional responses towards a situation is just a decision away in our heads most of the time. It is crucial to staying level headed in times like these.

As for me... well, I'm used to spending time a lot by myself over the years and I've gotten pretty comfortable being alone mostly. So if anything, it's business as usual for me.
