This is interesting. Even more is that the Ark in Halo 3 is referred to as the "Lesser Ark" in the novel Halo: Primordium. So could the other Ark(s) being terrifyingly similar to this Forerunner construct?

i loved the Forerunner Saga... it's possible there were other constructs of that sort scattered around the galaxy....

The term "Lesser Ark" could be pointing to the thought that Requiem is the Hub for a network of "Lesser Arks", much like the way the Ark from H3 was the Hub for the Halo Rings.
Could it be possible that the term "Lesser Ark" is actually a hint at something much larger the Forerunner may have been working on before the Flood came?
Purely speculation since i haven't completed the Forerunner Saga yet.
It's fun to think about.
