Description
This is the first outfit Robotnik had in Sonic The Comic, it's just how he looks in the old box art with some slight changes.after issue 8 he started to use a outfit that looked similar to his Sonic Spinball outfit, and after issue 21 he changed his look to the aosth look (because sega wanted the comic to use one of the cartoon robotnik designs).
