Robotnik had this outfit in the Sonic The Comic Sonic Adventure adaptation (of course), he had suicidal depression in the adaptation because he couldn't take over the world again because of Sonic, he then went insane and wanted to destroy himself and mobius.he tried to destroy the world with the Chaos Emeralds and Chaos, but his plan got foiled by Super Sonic.
