Thanks! My neighbor celebrate something called Mardi Grass (not sure of the spelling). It basically lots of vibrant colors

Mardi Gras over here in Britain is known as Shrove Tuesday (we eat Pancakes) and is the last day of feasting before fasting for Lent.

It has traditionally become a Carnival Period in some countries and I think is predominantly a Catholic celebration.
