Even though you are doing the 'Golden Hour', the light seems to have a different quality to it...which may be coming from the differing angle of the Sun.

Yes, it does,and the one at my house has harsher light as well in my opinion!

It's down to the latitude of the location...the duration is longer and the light is more scattered.
