I've been on a Nightmare Before Christmas binge lately...My take on Sally Ragdoll's wedding dress. I imagine it would be this huge heap of rags held together with a bit of ribbon. And yes, her ring IS a Jack-o-Lantern
I'm not a huge subscriber of blue Sally...she looks too much like a zombie/a redheaded version of Emily from the Corpse Bride.
The glitter-brushes on her veil are from my very favorite brush maker,

I have a question. I'm getting married in a year or so, and we are do a cosplay themed wedding. Would it be okay if I made this my wedding dress. Sally is my favorite character and was also the costume I wore for our first Halloween together. I would really love it, but would like to know if it's okay with you first. Please and thank you.

This is definitely one of my favorite Sally wedding dress designs, it's so lovely! The colors work well together, especially with that bit of black and white fabric with swirls! The holly in her hair is a nice touch, and she looks beautiful with pale skin here.

I am a BIG fan of wedding dresses that aren't white, and just going against the stereotype in general
For example, last Christmas I gave my friend a model of a brown Pegasus. And Pegasi are normally white.Β
Similar, I love this because I hate white wedding dresses, they're just so......flimsy. And soft. And girly (no offence to people who like them). But yeah, I just hate them with a passion.Β
If I get married, I'd like my dress to be blood red or dark purple, or maybe both, with a bit of gold and maybe some black.... I dunno
Anyway, love the picture, it's beautiful, and love the dress the most
