I know I did vertical pupils instead of horizontal, but it looked so sad with horizontal pupils

I was going to make it more dragon-like, but the thought of a cute pudgy little tree frog that could flap from tree to tree appealed to me too much haha

Well I guess it is kinda hard to tell but it's front legs have wings ( flat on the ground) so it qualifies as a dragon kinda

It's got really big feet and can glide fly with them. Awesome frog, but a normal animal. 
Unless you meant it to have real "wings" and it's just hard to see because they're flat on the ground of course.

Haha oddly enough that's the reference picture i used
I tried to show the membranefolding between the forearm and pinky finger of the frog
So they are more like wings than just really big hands; probably should have spread them to show that though lol
