Description I wanted to try doing some World of Warcraft weapons. I imagine these'd all be made by the same culture.

We had a class quiz to model one of your daggers. I ended up texturing it as well, great concept!

Wow awesome work! How long would you say it took you from start to finish? Also what college just out of curiosity? I taught Photoshop at VanArts for awhile

Thanks! I probably spent an hour on modeling/Uving, then probably 5 texturing?
And The DAVE School is the college. (www.daveschool.com/)
Your work is all awesome! I would love to do another model in the future!
(assuming this one, and any other work from you would be ok)

That would be awesome if you did another one of my concepts!

Seems like it would be a Nomadic culture, mainly one that has different design blades to throw the bladed weapon out of an opponents hand or slip around in combat to get close. I feel blade 5 has too many places where the blade would break. Its trying to look cool but its functionality is very limited. A lot also depends on how the blade is held, blade facing wielder or opponent. I feel blade 3 and 5 are opposites. 5 looks cooler and has less realistic usability, but blade 3 looks useful yet less awesome. The hand guard on blade 4 looks pointless as it would never be used to cut someone due to it being such a small angle and penetration depth. Though 4 does go for a standard blade look.
