Description
A challenge I have to say. But I am so glad that I did this one. It was so fun to do. It was a little hard to make it look like it breaks through the surface, but I think I did it quit well
I don't know what more to say?
Hope you all like it.
I used a Refference.

Was this tricky to draw? It just looks like it would be challenging.

So, um... More orca pics please! xD
They're all so beautiful and you did an awesome job of catching that 'beneath the surface' feel.

wow, that is one challenging subject: to draw/paint (no matter traditional or digistyle) such a huge creature just beneath the surface, rising I mean.. one has to succeed with NOT making the animal totally disappear under the water, since it technically isnΒ΄t unseen and that deep anymore.. and STILL not make it look like thereΒ΄s no water on the top of its head at all.--> to make smth visible through smth not totally unvisible
--My point? AWESOME WORK!!!!

Um, thanks... That was a long comment, and I am so glad that you told me all that
This feels very special now. Before I was just pleased with the picture, now I am... over-excited!
Thanks again

youΒ΄re welcome
I just had to mention that cause IΒ΄ve always considered water one of the hardest elements to draw

Hihi, I understand... As for me, I think that fire is harder

well thatΒ΄s true for sure, since itΒ΄s more "fiery" and moving-type by its nature --Should just try those elements someday myself!!

Yeah, it is... I also must try that element someday, but I am a little afraid of it
