Okey, so here you have the history behind the Alcedo breed Such a amazing breed if I may say it by myself. Here you can find fact's about the breed and the refference of Heledir.

Just so you all know, Heledir is up for breeding- if someone is intrested. But, not everyone can breed with him.
I have some requirement for breeding your mare.

The mare must be a virgin- Read why in the refference.
You have to use the foal- One picture a month at least.
To breed with Heledir- Make a picture of Him and your mare together...
The foal must have a name in elvish.

That was not too much to ask for, huh?
Oh, and I have to approve the design of the foal before you post it. That's a must.
