Pour remettre dans le contexte, c'est un flashback durant Dressrosa.
Law à rejoins l'équipage de Don Quichotte Doflamingo, après avoir survécu à la tuerie de masse de Flevance.
En quittant une île, la Don Quichotte Family mis le cap sur île bien trop connu pour le jeune garçon.
La ville est encore en proie aux flammes, même après plusieurs mois.
Trebol : Doffy, que faisons-nous ici ?
Doflamingo : Il y a quelqu'un qui n'est pas encore partit et, nous sommes là pour l'aider.
Soudain, une silhouette se distingue parmi les flammes, Law reconnu l'ombre.
Law : Jane !!
La femme sourit, se mis a genoux et ouvre les bras au garçon.
Jane : Law-kun ! Tu as survécu, c'est fantastique !
Law : Où est Jully ? Elle n'est pas avec toi ?!
Jane : Ne t'inquiète pas Law-kun, elle est vivante !
Doflamingo s'approche, Jane jeta un mauvais œil sur le pirate.
Jane : Qu'est-ce que tu fais là, Doflamingo ?
Doflamingo : Je suis venu éteindre la lignée des Rivals, d'ailleurs, où est ton petit frère ?
Jane : En sécurité, tu ne pourras le toucher.
Elle pris ses dernières forces, poussa Law et assaine un coup au capitaine pirate. Celui-ci se mis en colère et pointe une arme sur son front.
Doflamingo : Je t'ai connu plus féroce que ça, il ne manque plus que ton frère et ta lignée se s'éteindra !
Jane : C'est ce que tu crois !
Elle tourne le regard vers Trafalgar.
Jane : Tu as intérêt à tenir ta promesse Law-kun, elle t'attend quelque part. Retrouve la et protège la !
Doflamingo : De qui parles-tu ?!
La pirate sourit a son ennemi.
Jane : De ma fille !
Doflamingo : Hein ?!
Le visage du capitaine se crispe et tire, Jane s'effondre. Law ne s'arrêtait pas de pleurer et était contraint de suivre la Don Quichotte Family.
Rivals D. Jane n'est plus, sa mort restera sous silence pendant plusieurs années.

Leaving an island, the Don Quixote Family set sail for an island far too well known to the young boy.
The city is still engulfed in flames, even after several months.
Trebol : Doffy, what are we doing here ?
Doflamingo : There is someone who has'nt left yet and, we are here to help him.
Suddenly a figure stood out among the flames, Law recognized the shadow.
Law : Jane !!
The woman smiles, knelt down and opens her arms to the boy.
Jane : Law-kun ! You survived, it's fantastic !
Law : Where's Jully ? Isn't she with you ?!
Jane : Don't worry Law-kun, she's alive !
Doflamingo approaches, Jane glances at the pirate.
Jane : What are you doing here, Doflamingo ?
Doflamingo : I came to extinguish the line of the Rivals, by the way, where is your little brother ?
Jane : Safe, you can't touch him.
She took her last strength, pushed Law and healed a blow to the pirate captain. He gets angry and points a gun to his forehead.
Doflamingo : I knew you more ferocious than that, all that's missing is your brother and your lineage will die out !
Jane : That's what you think !
She turns her gaze to Trafalgar.
Jane : You better keep your Law-kun promise, she's waiting for you somewhere. Find her and protect her !
Doflamingo : Who are you talking about ?!
The pirate smiles at his enemy.
Jane : From my daughter !
Doflamingo : Huh ?!
The captain's face tightens and pulls, Jane collapses. Law did not stop crying and was forced to follow the Don Quixote Family. Rivals D. Jane is no more, her death will remain in silence for several years.
