Haven't really settled on a name yet, and to be honest the design feels iffy to me Dx

Hello everyone! Today, I bring you a new fakemon contest!
For those of you who are long-time watchers of me, you may remember a contest that I did a while back. This contest involved creating a fakemon out of the given lines, which is what I am doing again this time around!

So, here is your image:

The lines here are taken from a fakemon that I am yet to upload, just like the previous contest. When the contest is over I will upload the fakemon that these lines were taken from.
Here are the rules:
You CANNOT rotate the canvas
You CANNOT move any of the lines
You MUST use all of the lines seen in the image, whether it be part of the body, fire, water, a bubble, a tongue, etc. Get creative!
You can work in any medium that you like, the lines do need to be present though.
It must be a unique fakemon. This does NOT include any fake Pokemon evolutions, mega evolutions or regional form
