Faith Lehane is a Slayer, called in 1998 when her predecessor Kendra Young died at the hands of Drusilla and the last Slayer to be called by the original succession line before it was abolished in spring 2003.
Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Faith had a difficult upbringing and life, which left her with various trust and emotional issues. She found some stability when she befriended Buffy Summers (B), though after events and circumstances she went rogue and turned to the dark side. After having her arse kicked and put into a coma by Buffy she finally awoken remorseful of her past deeds and wanted to end her life. Angel a well-known vampire got her back on track and she went back to kicking evil butt.

Faith often suggested that killing gave her a drug-like euphoria, and even suffered from addictive withdrawal symptoms when she was not able to inflict pain.
Often in dark clothes as to clash with Buffy's more "good girl" appearance she has the usual Slayer powers, including a healing factor and superhuman strength, speed, durability and reflexes.
