Description
Pastel on Canson Mi-Teintes TEX paper 39cm X 29cmΒI decided to base my colour scheme on studio Ghilbi, most especially Howl's Moving Castle.....just because.
I think it's very, very important to do things on impulse in artΒ

Your work is extraordinary - wonderful - old master technique yet utterly contemporary.Β Gives the lie to the modernist\postmodernist nonsense that any old rubbish is art!

thank you very much, I really appreciate your comment. My goal is indeed to walk the tightrope of contemporary work in a traditional style, it is of course up to the viewer if I succeed. Β
