I think Kain, Ace, and Ramza were a team in Dissidia NT lol. They were the only ones who weren't DLC that weren't seen in the main story. So, they had to be a group. XDJust my little headcanon. Besides, it'll be good for Ace and Ramza to be with a veteran of Dissidia. XP

They're one of my favorite teams too since realizing they're not in NT's main story... yet got their cutscenes pretty late when Locke and Rinoa happened

NT Rejected fits lol. Seriously, how could they add those three and NOT put them in the main story? I guess the answer is that there's no room for them.
Even so, they don't even have renders and they're not even added to the JP PS4 Dissidia theme. Yet Vayne and Kam'lanaut were?! Smh, poor boys.

15 heroes and 10 villains? Pretty overkill if these bois end up joining the former group and stuff, no hint of Kain going traitor either. 🤣 Willing or brainwashed, he's firmly with the good guys and I doubt Golbez (who also has his own will) will control him. 😏
Oof, but how. Or do you mean the icons with alternate renders in blackish backgrounds? I wonder about that.
