Nice stuff. I have just two suggestions to make (because I just learned how to make mine look better 
The other thing was to play around with your lighting for something more dynamic. I usually end up using like 4-10 for a really nice yet soft feel.
But still, these are pretty good, and your materials are quite nice. I especially like the first on the bottom row.
